Son of Guillaume (aka William) Boudreau.

The SS Induna was torpedoed at 9:32 a.m. on March 30, 1942, by U-376 northeast of the Kola Inlet in the Barents Sea. She caught fire and at 9:39 a.m. received a coup de grace and sank, position 70°55'N/37°18'E. Boudreau died of exposure in a lifeboat.
