MINTURNO WAR CEMETERY Italy

Minturno is about 78 kilometres north of Naples, close to the coast. The MINTURNO WAR CEMETERY lies several kilometres south of the town on the No.7 road to Naples and is situated in the locality of Marina di Minturno (Garigliano) on the plain at the foot of the mountains near the mouth of the River Garigliano.

To reach the Cemetery take the Cassino exit from the A1 motorway. Just after the toll gate turn right following signs for Minturno. Follow the No.630 towards Minturno for approximately 20 kilometres. Immediately after passing the petrol station on the right, follow the bend to the right and the signs for Castelforte. Follow this small country road until it reaches traffic lights and then turn right. Take the first left and follow this road until it reaches a 'T' intersection where it meets the No.7. Turn right onto the No.7 and the MINTURNO WAR CEMETERY will be found on the left after 200 metres.
