Son of Kurnell Mason Williamson and Flora Williamson, of Scarboro' Junction, Ontario; husband of Ethel Williamson, of Toronto, Ontario. His brother, Mason Lewis served in the same unit, died on the same day and is buried elsewhere in this cemetery.
