BRETEUIL-SUR-ITON COMMUNAL CEMETERY Eure, France

Breteuil-sur-Iton is a small town and commune 30 kilometres south-south-west of Evreux, at the junction of the N.840 road to Le Neubourg and Conches and the D.55 road to Evreux. The communal cemetery is south-east of the river and on the south-eastern side of the town. It is 300 metres south-east of the church, from which there is a road to this burial ground. About 20 yards south-east of the northern entrance gate, adjacent to the boundary hedge, are the graves of an unidentified British soldier and a soldier belonging to the Canadian Forces.
