Son of James and Edith Arthurs. Brother of Pilot Officer Kenneth Norman Arthurs, who died on February 24, 1941, while serving with Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.
Ralph B. Arthurs was a member of the Royal Canadian Infantry Corps, he died while serving with the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry as a CANLOAN Officer.
