1939-45 Star, Africa Star and clasp, Defence Medal, War Medal 1939-45, Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp.
Posthumously awarded RCAF Operational Wings in recognition of gallant service in action against the enemy, the 15 July 1946.

The BENGHAZI WAR CEMETERY is about 7 kilometres south-east of Benghazi. To reach it take the main western road as far as the Ring road. The cemetery is about 1 kilometre along this road on the right-hand side.
