Photo of ALFRED DOUGLAS BLACKMAN
Known as "Blackie" to the Squadron 20 members, he was killed while dogfighting. He shared a Basha (bamboo) hut with Jim Ashworth in Burma in 1943. My dad had fond memories of him and I recently found this in his photo album. -
