Additional information

Son of Murdock Moreland Mann and Bessie Olivia Arbeau, of Upsalquitch, Restigouche Co., New Brunswick. His name at birth was recorded Maxwell Allister Mann.

He served in Québec, in Newfoundland with Force W, and in Hong Kong with Force C. Admitted at Sham Shui Po Hospital on 3 October 1942, he died there on 18 December 1942. Buried in the Argyle Street cemetery, exhumed and reburied in Sai Wan. He had 871 days of service, including 417 overseas.
