Son of Louis Jodoin and Delvina Dumont, of Montreal, Quebec.
Enlisted at the 4th District Military Depot in Montreal South, he sailed for Great Britain on June 2, 1944, and arrived on the 11th. On July 16, 1944, he set sail again with Force M for the Mediterranean. He landed in Italy on the 29th. On September 15, he was transferred to the 4th Battalion of the Royal 22nd Regiment. He was killed in action on December 19, 1944, in the Bagnacavallo sector. He was buried on the 22nd northwest of Russi, along the road, grave 27. Around August 19, 1946, his remains were exhumed and reburied in Ravenna.
