Monument Twee Bruggen (Two Bridges) consisting of a Maple tree and a Plaque: Memorial of the combat near the two bridges at the eastern lock during the liberation of the city of Groningen (The Netherlands) 16 april 1945, by Canadian Allied Forces. Roy W. Coffin, killed in action, was one of them. His name is mentioned in the text of the plaque. -
