HILSENHEIM COMMUNAL CEMETERY Bas-Rhin, France

Hilsenheim is a village 38 kilometres south of Strasbourg and some 9 kilometres north-east of Selestat, a town on the Strasbourg-Colmar road (N 83). The communal cemetery is at the end of the Rue de la Cimetiere, a narrow made up lane directly opposite the village church. In the north-eastern part, near the eastern wall, are the graves of 7 airmen, 2 of whom belonged to the Royal Air Force and 5 to the Royal Canadian Air Force.
