Son of Ovide and Gracieuse (nee Fournier) Dunn, of Croydon, Quebec. He was one of 10 children: Adam, who died in infancy, Alphonsine, Alphonse, Maria, David, Dina, Étienne, Alexis and Clément. He was the godfather of Mr. Alexis Dunn, the only surviving member of his brothers and sisters. He enlisted as a Private in World War II. As his father was deceased, his salary was sent home to provide for his mother, brothers, and sisters. He was a good-hearted, honorable man of action. He died on the field of honor for his country and it is with pride that we remember him.
