Son of Alphonse Bisaillon and Joséphine Guy from Montréal, Québec.
After figting in Italy from 27 October 1943 to 17 March 1945, he faced the enemy in Belgium and the Netherlands, where he was killed in action in the Buroschoten/Sparenberg sector as a member of the 18th Platoon, D Company, Royal 22e Régiment. He had 1,286 days' service, including 1,273 overseas.
