Son of Charles and Florence Almeda Wilson, of Limerick, Saskatchewan. Husband of Olive Ernestine Wilson, of Limerick, Saskatchewan, In 1954, Mrs. and Mrs. Charles Wilson attended the unveiling of the Malta Memorial by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness Prince Philip. Their son's name, Kevin Davies Wilson, is inscribed on the Memorial Panel 10, Column I. The province of Saskatchewan honoured Flying Officer Wilson by naming Wilson Lake in his honour. Flying Officer Wilson is also commemorated on memorials at Runnymede, Westminister Abbey (The Unknown Soldier) and Airmen's Memorial in Stanley Park, Vancouver, British Columbia.
