Port of Spain is on the north side of the western shore of the Island, in the county of St George. The PORT OF SPAIN (ST. JAMES) MILITARY CEMETERY lies opposite the Old Yellow Fever Cemetery, on a road branching from the left hand side of Long Circular Road, near the barracks in the far corner of St James Military Camp.
