Air Gunner Flight Sergeant Robert H. Galipeau was found drifted ashore near Lakolk on the island of Rømø, Denmark on 16 October and was laid to rest in Kirkeby cemetery on 20 October 1942. Dr.Hülzer from Sylt officiated at the graveside ceremony.
