Location:

Somsois is a village and commune some 42 kilometres south-east of Chalons-en-Champagne, and 18 kilometres south-south-west of Vitry-le-Francois. To the north of the church, and close to the boundary fence of the churchyard, are the graves of four British and one Canadian airmen.
