Enlisted on March 15, 1941, trained at #3 Elementary Flying Training School, and won his Pilot's Wings at #6 Service Flying Training School. Went overseas in January 1942 and flew in South Africa and Eqypt before returning to England. Killed when is Oxfprd Aircraft of #14 Advanced Flying Unit plunged into the ground near Northorpe, England. -
