VLIELAND GENERAL CEMETERY Netherlands

Vlieland is one of the Frisian Islands lying off the north coast of Holland, and is connected with the mainland at Harlingen by ferry boat from its main village and port, Oostvlieland. The VLIELAND GENERAL CEMETERY is on the north-western outskirts of Oostvlieland, about 1 kilometre from the quay. Most of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth graves are in one prominently sited plot.
