Son of Thomas and Isabella Fraser. Brother of Isabella Eliza and Janet Agnes Fraser, of Toronto, Ontario.


Captain Fraser was one of the 51 graduates of the University of Toronto to make the ultimate sacrifice. He held a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters and Medical Doctorate degree from the University and he did post graduate research in physiology at Yale University.
