The Medjez-el-Bab War Cemetery is on the road to Le Kef (Route P5), about 3 kilometres west of Medjez-el-Bab. Medjez-el-Bab lies on the banks of the River Medjerda 60 kilometres west of Tunis.

  • Photo of Harry Spencer– Spencer, Harry Grant - Flying Officer. Born 1st November, 1921, at Milverton, Ont. Educated at Milverton Public and High Schools. Entered the service of the Bank 1st April, 1938. Served at Milverton and Atwood, Ont. Enlisted 3rd May, 1941, from the latter branch in R.C.A.F. Pilot Officer in December, 1941; Flying Officer in November, 1942. Served on guard duty at North Sydney, N.S. Trained at Toronto, Crumlin and Aylmer, Ont. Overseas in January, 1942. Served with R.A.F. in Middle East. Killed in action in Middle East 11th July, 1943. From a memorial booklet prepared by the Canadian Bank of Commerce.
