GIBRALTAR MEMORIAL Gibraltar
The GIBRALTAR MEMORIAL commemorates, by name, 7 soldiers from the 1914-1918 War, and 84 airmen who died during the 1939-45 War, and were buried at sea.
The Memorial stands in a triangular site west of the North Front Cemetery and close to the sea and consists of screen walls of local limestone carrying panels of Cornish granite on which the names are carved.
