Son of Edward and Lucy Stratford (nee Atherton). Husband of Betty K. A. Stratford (nee Cowley), of Exeter, England. Brother of Flying Officer Frederick Stratford, Royal Air Force, killed in action 6 December 1944. Mrs. Lucy Stratford was former President of the Remembrance Association, Silver Cross Women of Canada, Wheat City, Brandon, Manitoba.

Location:

Neuf-Moulin is a village and commune 6 kilometres north-east of Abbeville and some 3 kilometres west of St.Riquier, a village on the road from Abbeville to Arras. The Communal Cemetery is about 500 metres from the main road through the village, adjoining the railway line. It is reached by a road from the War Memorial to the level crossing and then a track from the northern side of the level crossing.
