Son of Watson William and Mary (née Jackson) Peters, of Vancouver, British Columbia. Husband of Nora Winnifred Peters (remarried Roy), father of Margaret, Constance, Shirley and Joan of Vancouver, British Columbia. Pte Peters enlisted on 20 June 1940 and was discharged on 13 May 1942. He had Canada only service. He had previous service with the 20th Battalion, as a Private and saw service in France. He served from April 1917 until discharged 28 May 1919.
