Born in Hastings England on Feb. 2nd 1889. Frank enlisted into the C.E.F. at Valcartier Quebec on Sept. 22nd 1914 listing his occupation as "Labourer"  He died at Vancouver BC on Nov. 10th 1920 at the age of 31.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
