He enlisted into the C.E.F. at Vancouver BC on Feb. 22nd 1916 listing his occupation as "Bookbinder" Donald died at Vancouver BC on Sept. 14th 1919 at the age of 25. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC
