Born near Doncaster Yorkshire England on April 15th 1889 he enlisted into the B.E.F. at York England on May 7th 1915 listing his occupation as "Miner"  Theodore died at Vancouver BC on Jan. 19th 1920 at the age of 30.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery of Vancouver BC
