Born in Muskoka Ontario on July 1st 1877. Victor enlisted into the 225th Battn. C.E.F. (repalacement) at Brisco BC (near Crambrook BC) on May 17th 1916 listing his occupation as "Rancher"  Victor died at Vancouver BC on Nov. 20th 1920 at the age of 43.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
