Angus was born in Fife Scotland on July 3rd 1893, he enlisted into the C.E.F. at Vancouver BC on Sept. 4th 1918 listing his occupation as "Mason"
He died during the Spanish flu panademic of 1918-19 on Oct. 22nd 1918 at the age of 25.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
