His full name is Harold Dean Levy.

Son of Ephrem Levy and Alice Mason of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Husband of Adele Gertrude Sutherland of Halifax. Father of Marjorie Jean Levy.

On 2 February 1946, the CS Cyris Field was sailing in the Gulf of Mexico when, early in the morning, Levy was noticed missing after being seen on deck. He fell overboard and drowned. His body was never found.
