Sub-Lieutenant WASHBROOK, Leading Seaman ERNEST VINCENT MARSHALL and Leading Seaman WILLIAM EDWARD DUTFIELD died when their Navy Grumman Avenger, flying out of CFB Shearwater, crashed off the coast of Nova Scotia on March 3, 1953.
