Spouse of Eileen and father of Mervyn.
Lieutenant Boutroy may have served with the British Army during the First World War and with the Westminster Regiment,
of the Canadian militia, prior to the Second World War. Upon the outbreak of
the war he rejoined the British Army and served in France in June 1940. He
was evacuated from St. Nazaire aboard an old freighter On his return to the
United Kingdom he transferred to the machine gun battalion of the Middlesex
Regiment.
