Royal Canadian Mounted Police
Cpl. Larsen was born in Varde, Denmark and came to Canada when he was 13 years old. Cpl. Larsen served in Ontario and in Saskatchewan. He loved the outdoors, hunting, and designing and remodeling rooms in his house. He was studying towards his degree at the University of Regina. Cpl. Larsen was married to Lindsey and they had two daughters: Karen and Kirsten. He is buried at Depot. A “Corporal Ole R. Larsen Memorial Scholarship” was set up at the University of Regina in his honour.
