Artificial intelligence (AI) is a fast-changing technology that is increasingly being used across the federal government to improve how programs and services are delivered.
How is VAC using AI?
At Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), we are using AI to modernize our services with a clear focus on improving the experience of Veterans and their families. We are committed to protecting Veterans’ personal information and ensuring it remains secure.
One example of how VAC is using AI is the Claim Summary Tool : an AI-enabled tool that supports the review of Disability Benefit applications so that decision makers can process applications more accurately and efficiently so Veterans can receive decisions sooner.
