The following group portrait of No. 2 Section, B Company, 19th Battalion C.E.F. appeared in the Toronto Star on January 19th, 1915. Pte. Edward Conroy was born in Dudley, Staffordshire, England. He enlisted in Toronto on November 10th, 1914. In honoured memory.

ABBEVILLE COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION Somme, France
The town of Abbeville is on the main road from Paris to Boulogne, about 80 kilometres south of Boulogne. On reaching Abbeville from Boulogne on the N1 at the roundabout, take the right turn immediately before Boulogne Road direction.
A CWGC direction sign is on site. Enter the ABBEVILLE COMMUNAL CEMETERY by the left hand side main gate and follow CWGC signs within the Cemetery.
