This is a view of the Cemetery with Arthur's headstone in the foreground.

Arthur enlisted on 24th July 1915 at Montreal. He was a widower by then (his wife Emma having died in Leicester in 1899) and gave the name of his son, Fred, as his next of kin; who was living at 75 Masson Street, Montreal. Arthur was a shoemaker by trade.
