Grave of Corp. Charles Lamountaine who served with the 2nd Canadian Mounted Rifles C.E.F. Born in Bradford Ontario on Feb. 17th 1878. He enlisted into the C.E.F. at Victoria BC listing prior military service in Lord Kitchers Horse (South African war) he listed his occupation as "Lumberman" Charles died at Vancouver BC on Feb. 3rd 1921 at age 42. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC
