On all of his paperwork, the army had spelt his name wrong...it is also noted in the paperwork for his Memorial Plaque that the error had been made. His medal and Memorial Cross have the correct service number, but again spell his name wrong.

QUEANT COMMUNAL CEMETERY BRITISH EXTENSION Pas de Calais, France
Queant is a village 19 kilometres south-east of Arras. The Cemetery is on the western outskirts of the village on the west side of the road to Riencourt-les-Cagnicourt.
