Baptized Joseph-Paul-Anasthase Constantineau. Son of Paul Constantineau and late Malvina Pesant, of Bordeaux (Montréal), Québec.

Severely wounded to the back in the trenches at Mont Sorrel, Belgium, he was evacuated to No. 17 Casualty clearing station in Remy Siding, near Poperinghe. He died there the next day.
