Son of Annie C. Price, of 19, Parkwood Avenue, Toronto, Ont., and the late Lewis A. Price. Lieutenant Price was wounded at Moreuil Wood on 30 March 1918, invalided home and died on September 11, 1919.

Award Citation
Lt. Evan Edward Price was mentioned in a Despatch from Field Marshal Sir Douglas Haig, dated 7th April 1918 for gallant and distinguished services in the Field. I have it in command from the King to record His Majesty's high appreciation of the services rendered. -
