This memorial is dedicated to the memory of the local war dead of the First and Second World Wars. Another plaque on the obelisk is dedicated to the visit of Lady Head who visited here in September 1856.
FOUQUESCOURT BRITISH CEMETERY Somme, France
Fouquescourt is a village in the Department of the Somme, 35.5 kilometres east of Amiens and 8 kilometres due north of Roye. The Fouquescourt British Cemetery is a little north of the village on the east side of the road to Maucourt.
