Private Frederick James Guy
Fred is pictured on the right from a postcard sent to his parents dated 16/12/1914. It was sent from Bulford Camp Salisbury Plain where they were for training. He is pictured with a comrade who he described as the tallest Canadian in the battalion, close on 7ft tall. Fred also wrote that lots of the troops were down with very bad colds ..... camping on Salisbury plain in December?
