Reference RG150, 1992-93/314, 173. Page 531 of 1076. He was originally buried in Dury Hospital Military Cemetery, under the wall of the Asylum near the West side of the Amiens-Dury road. After the Armistice, his body was exhumed and buried in Villers-Bretonneux Military Cemetery.

Villers-Bretonneux is a village 16 kilometres east of Amiens on the straight main road to St Quentin. The Villers-Bretonneux Military Cemetery is about 2 kilometres north of the village on the east side of the road to Fouilloy.
