Burial/memorial information
Son of Kousma Belenkiy, of Alkovetski, in Russia. No genealogy resource was available to better commemorate this fallen. He served at the front with the 22nd Battalion for almost a year and a half and he was evacuated, repatriated and released in the Summer of 1918 due to tuberculosis. He died of this condition three years later and his death was attributable to his military service.

From downtown Montreal access Avenue du Parc, then left to Cote St. Catherine. Turn left onto Boulevard Mont-Royal then follow chemin de la foret into the cemetery.
