Son of Mr. E.W. Taylor of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. One of the two members of the Royal Canadian Regiment who were from Prince Edward Island. His name is inscribed on the Boer War Monument in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Formerly served with the Charlottetown Engineering Company.
