Source: Library and Archives Canada. CIRCUMSTANCES OF DEATH REGISTERS, FIRST WORLD WAR. Surnames: Duane to Dzhobiewski. Microform Sequence 30; Volume Number 31829_B016739. Reference RG150, 1992-93/314, 174. Page 471 of 1062. He was originally buried in Rosenberg Chateau Military Cemetery. In 1930, his body and those of other soldiers buried there, were exhumed and buried in BERKS CEMETERY EXTENSION when it was established that these grave sites in Rosenberg Chateau Military Cemetery, could not be acquired in perpetuity (Source: CWGC). -
