My Grandmother Annie Dower was his girlfriend. He gave her a garnet ring. I have the ring. Photos belonged to her.My mother told me how much the ring and Justin meant to her Mother Annie Dower(Briggs). Annie Dower married Albert Briggs, friend of Justin, who also served WW1. Albert made it home. -
