Reference RG150, 1992-93/314, 166. Page 291 of 818. Private Max Cook was buried about 6 ¼ miles East-South-East of Arras. After the Armistice, during the process of concentration of graves from the battlefields of April-June 1917, and of August and September 1918, and from the smaller cemeteries in the neighbourhood, his body was exhumed and re-interred in Vis-En-Artois British Cemetery.
