Reverse side of medals awarded to Sgt. J.R. Daly. A George V Memorial Cross and 1915 star. Gnr J. R. Daly went overseas with the First Canadian Contingent as a member of the 1st Bde Canadian Field Artillery. He served continuosly in France and Flanders from Feb 1915 until he was killed in action 6 April 1917.
