Son of Barnardino and Francesca Di Pietro, of Valle Castellana (Teramo); Province of Abruzzi, Italy. He was single and employed as a blacksmith. He had Canada service only. He was discharged on 30 November 1917 in Winnipeg, Manitoba as medically unfit.
